Lead times on your order…

Due to Covid 19 my fine art printer is currently closed. I have a limited amount of stock but will update this website as progress is made.

​

I will always aim to post your order to you as quickly as possible but every fine art print will have 30-50 mins of hand embellished metallic paint applied by hand to complete the artwork.

 

Depending on stock levels, it may take 2-10 working days to finalise your order ready for posting.

 

If you have a specific date in mind, please contact me and I will do my best to work to your timescale.

Delivery

Unless discussed with you specifically, I will send items Royal Mail first class ‘Signed For’ (requiring a signature upon receipt of the parcel).

 

Postage & packing for this service is £15.00

Returns

​

If you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork you will have 14 days to return it unopened from its original (protective cellophane) sleeve.

 

I will offer a full refund (excluding postage) to unopened goods that arrive back undamaged and in a resellable condition.

​

Items that have been opened from their cellophane will not qualify for return/refund as I cannot guarantee that quality has been maintained (against fingerprint marks etc).

 

Any returning artwork must be packaged to a high standard to protect against damage in transit.

 

Please email before returning goods, letting me know you are doing so. 

 

I recommended you obtain proof of postage when returning your goods as I cannot accept any liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
